Lucian Feels Outclassed
Some people have touched on this recently but Lucian feels lackluster right now.
He was designed to be a mobile early-mid game carry with some decent lategame outplay potential. However, right now he does none of the above. Early game he is punished by the ADCs that can outrange him, and if he does manage to get an advantage, he loses it as soon as the enemy ADC builds stormrazor.
We all know that Lucian can be overbearing when he is in the right spot but his core "OP Build" of Blade of the Ruined King and Black Cleaver has been nerfed. The bonus damage on autos from BoRK doesn't apply cleaver stacks anymore and cleaver has been redesigned to pack mostly HP, very little AD and a minimal amount of armor shred.
I propose that Lucian's Q regain its original range. I haven't bothered to look up the range now but I know his Q was shortened quite drastically a few seasons ago and I feel like changing nothing but his Q length would give him a larger window of opportunity early/mid game without touching his stats or carry potential all that much. Perhaps just allow him to bully lane more like he's supposed to and transition that pressure to mid game more effectively
Thoughts are welcome. Thanks!
