On Crit RNG
I saw a Rioter mention that crit chance past 20% wasn't true RNG. Can we get some context/math explaining that?
Thx :3

It's below 20%, too (unless it changed recently). Basically, your chance to crit on your first attack is low, and then goes up as you don't crit. Once you do crit, your chance to crit goes back down. If you crit before you were "supposed to" (your second attack when you have a 5% crit chance), your chance to crit gets drastically reduced. If you crit after you were "supposed to" (your fifth attack crits when you have a 50% crit chance), it doesn't go down as much.
What this ultimately does is reduces the chance of strings of crits with low crit chances and string of non-crits with high crit chances.

Okay, that makes sense. Thanks for that :3
