Hextechh Annie looks pretty awesome.

It takes 10 gemstones to unlock her. Gemstones are rare, chests are not guaranteed to drop them. You can only pick up 4 chests per month.

It's going to take many months to get her.

She looks cute but that robotic Tibbers is what gets my attention

Good luck with getting the gems. On the PBE I opened 25 PROMO chests at once and didn't get a single gem from them. :^(

I really love this skin AND the whole almost-impossible-to-get factor. It really makes it feel like a rare and valuable addition that's worth working for. The effects are awesome and the skin as a whole is just...really cool! I honestly hope a lot more skins (preferably Hextech as well) will be added in similar fashion. Would create incentive to perform better in games, especially for scrubs like me that have absolutely no chance of becoming Master/Challenger tier gods.

There's going to be a hole in my Annie skins collection when this comes out :[
