item 3302 This little item here gives a passive called Spoils of War. It basically lets a support kill a minion that has about the same health, if not more, than the ones the adc last hits.

There are many moments when I understand not letting me proc this passive and hit the minion but when there are no enemies on lane, we're clearing minions under a tower, we're not pushing, or something like that please just let me get some cs/gold that shares to you too!

I'm pretty sick of having a full 2-4, depending on how upgraded your shield is, passives built up and no one on the team letting me use them when there is no reason not to.

It Hertz When IP1 votes

Usually my teammates are good about letting me use the charges, unless I go for the cannon minions. I don't think people realizes those are the intended target for the Spoils of War passive.
