Can we get a pre-game mute player option?

It seems like a simple add-on but one I would love to see.

Basically, I would like if I could go into settings and check a box that would have all other players instantly muted once I got into a game. For role calling reasons, it shouldn't have them muted in champion select but the moment you're actually in game.

My personal reason for wanting this is because it is more common than not to have at least one teammate who is going to flame you during the game. So normally when I start a match I get in and mute all 9 other players, unless my teammates seem promising in champion select, and it gets pretty old doing that every single match. A simple little check box is all I want.
