Veigar plays way too safe for how powerful he is late game.

He's a fucking ranged Nasus. Let's compare him to other late game scaling champions short range, easily abused in lane, countered by pink wards, 100% auto attacks melee, gets kited, easily countered by peel and qss does mediocre damage late game, can get kited after ult, easily dodgable abilities no mobility but it doesnt matter because he just 1 shots everyone from far away and if anyone jumps on him, he's got a zhonyas and a stun

Add some risk to this guy. doesn't matter how much MR your adc gets, he's still gonna 1 shot them by pressing r.

item 3102 . He won't be able to one-shot you if you have it up. If he attempts to stun you, the item will proc and keep you from getting stunned, thus keeping you from getting one-shotted.

Let me get this straight. You think a very weak early game champion who's kit revolves around farming in lane until late game plays too safe for such a strong late game? You just described every late game champion.... lol...

If you think Veigar plays way too safe for such a strong late, then why the fuck does the current FOTM have such a strong early game yet scale so well late game? Late game champs are doing worse than early game power houses. Your logic is pretty stupid.

And really complaining about Veigar? Look at fucking Ekko, Kindred, Lucian, Zyra, Swain, Maokai Leblanc. They aren't even hard to play and gain almost an instant burst OUT OF NOWHERE with 0 skill behind them. At least Veigar must land a delayed skill shot and is backed by SOME semblance of skill whether that be playing safe in lane and farming as opposed to blindly having power out of nowhere AND scaling well into late game. I swear most of these freelo fotm champs were made for brain dead people who couldn't properly send a mail via postal service even if they tried.

FYI Braum full support build can 1v1 a Veigar late game at full build if he's got a minion to W to. Veigar loses to hard engages and CC. It is dumb though how much damage his ult does (early game too) for a point and click. Rewarding such bad mechanic play so abundantly? No wonder people blindly accept Lucian freelo and think they are skilled playing him. Well you've got all the symptoms for a shitty game. The community just is too loyal to the game and all the time spent to admit it. But this game is openly wading through manure right now.

I don't know I have to agree. He is too safe and his e cool down is not long enough late game.

Banshees helps sure, but his q is pretty long range and spam able.
