You aren't a shotcaller.

You are sub diamond, you don't understand the game and you don't understand macro and micro. We are in a game full of silver/gold players, we know how to faceroll and feed. thats it. Throwing around "calls" left and right is only going to get us caught in the enemy jungle because you think you know where they are. You don't know anything, the moment you think you do is the moment you stop progressing as a player and get stuck in supposed elo hell. Which is just your own making. Even challenger players still have to improve on a daily basis if they want to stay in challenger or hopefully go pro one day, there is never a point where you know everything about this game. Even the devs don't know everything. So when another player makes a call, and you go and shut them down for a "bad call" just remember the 12 calls you made earlier that all lead to deaths.

Its important to call out information like missing laners and junglers, but we as low elo'ers don't know enough to go around calling for big and complicated plays because we aren't good enough to execute on them 100 percent of the time nor do we have the game knowledge to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each play. Focus on your mechanics, and absorb as much macro knowledge as you can, and in the meantime, stick to pings. You will win a lot more games.

Edit: This post was to bring up that focusing on your own mistakes is far more important than focusing on your teammates mistakes. ego and pride take way too much space in this game atm.

Don't be the reason your team loses, and don't credit yourself when you win. Its a team effort, (mostly just flailing around angrily until the game ends in terms of our elo... ;P)

-- A perfectly below average player

Edit: It seems the post is being downvoted by players who feel this doesn't apply to them. They then comment that they are an amazing shotcaller, yet they are in gold/silver [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Edit: There has not been a single argument to my post that had any evidence to support it, and they all have at least one line that basically says "cry more" or "I don't need to prove anything". further proving my point on arrogance.

I know how to shotcall and I win every game I decently fed and people listen to my shotcalls.

I don't like being told I suck at something I do relatively well.

we aced enemy team baron is alive whole team is near baron "Guy's lets take baron!" "No, nobody knows how to shotcall in low elo!"-you, probably.

I'm not going to be micromanaging my team's every play, but there are certain times where it's a shit idea to do things or a great idea to do them. That's not hard to see.

Maybe you dont.

Personally, i am well above my rank at strategy and analysis, and below it in mechanical skill. I almost always know what the outcome of a situational will be, while the rest of the team is trying to invade baron 4v5 blind.

Making good calls is easy - getting your monkey team to execute them properly is not. Typically the game ends when they actually all get together and do it.

You're right.

It's impossible to shot call a room full of apes into doing what you want them to do. atleast not in the 40mins we have with them in game.

But can i ask?, How complicated is it to not fight a 4v5 and to not allow the enemy to engage on you while you wait like 30 seconds for your top laner to clear the 3+ waves attacking top turret. Is the top laner supposed to just let the minions kill half the turret because his team is a bunch of mindless apes incapable of falling back to their turret for 30 seconds or less and then yell at the top laner when they all die stupidly because they didn't listen to the top laner when he told them to fall back.

People like you are why there's so many players sub gold. how do you think people LEARN?

"... because you think you know where they are. You don't know anything..."

My Hawkshot on Ashe says that I in fact do know where they are. Also my ability to ping the path my R will take so that my teammate can herd the enemy into it for a free 3.5 second stun says otherwise.

But be sure to make more generalizations about players in low elo. "Low elo players don't know anything." You don't have to be a pilot to know if a helicopter is in a tree, someone fucked up.
