Can we talk about Leblanc's chain range?

First I'm going to give some statistics.

• Leblanc's chain range (the initial cast) is 925 units.
• The tether portion (where the circle pops up if the chain connects) is 1000 units.
• Leblanc's Disortion (w) has a range of 600 units.
• Leblanc's auto attack range is 525 units.
• Flash's range is 400 units [All according to the league of legends wiki]

Okay so here is why I am creating this post:

[Scenairo 1] Leblanc's chains have a range that would require 3 flashes to escape. I completely understand she won't be moving up to 0 range to use her chains so I removed that scenario of 3 flashes, however if leblanc moves forward to auto attack and casts 1 chain, she has roughly 475 units to follow you. So if you flash you still remain at 75 units to go before breaking the chain. Thus flashing will never work for you.

[Scenario 2] Leblanc is sitting in a bush in the river (or anywhere really). She casts the chains out of a bush landing directly on you. Okay so you prepare to flash but the next portion of leblanc's combo is to distortion onto you. You went from roughly 600-800 range to now 0-200 range on the leblanc. You cannot make that flash distance regardless.

[Scenario 3] Leblanc unloads her entire combo onto a teammate of yours. She distortion's back onto the original position now 600 units away and your team attempts to collapse. Her chain lands onto you and you begin to move forward. The chain finishes locking you down and she now has a second chain prepared to launch onto you. The chain's have such a long range she is completely outside the fight at this point unscathed.

I don't mean for this to be a rant post but really, her chains are unfair to play against if she lands them. Their hitboxes aren't that small currently either so it is not amazing difficult. I just feel that some sort of nerf needs to be in place to fix this. [Side note she can also use gunblade to one rotation assassinate someone (which is why they changed her to begin with)]
