She is too safe to use and all you need to do is spam Q+r

Spârky3 votesI think the way to balance her is to make it so if she explodes her e immediately it doesn't do as much dmg. An E+auto and TLD is a third of my hp and its super hard to dodge the e if she activates it again immediately.

riot's already touched on this. It's their code because lux's passive count's as a spell since it's basically her passive and varus' blighted quiver is a secondary effect of a skill.
