Remove set rune pages

It's extremely annoying that you can't create rune pages in queue like you can mastery pages. A great system would be just to purchase runes and then be able to use which ever you like in game. Keep preset pages just like preset masteries.

If a system like this was in place we could refund everyone's costs that they've paid for rune pages ect, and maybe increase rune cost a little to balance it?

I just find it really annoying to have to have so many different set rune pages, and if you forget to save you have no way to fix it once you're in queue.
