ff at 20
In this new season games are a lot faster and are often over well before 20 minutes. I think the timer for forfeit should be reduced. Maybe to 15 minutes.

if 4 out of 5 vote to surrender I don't see the problem regardless of what the match time is at.
Makes me sad when I hear these kinds of ideas get rejected because 'enemy team may throw' or 'comebacks happen'
While it is true those happen from time to time it is no where near the norm assuming you are not bronze.
I equate this to something along the lines of why end the boxing match if one of the fighters gets knocked out? Maybe he will wake up and finish the round.
it is simply a bad idea tbh,because many of the people just actually give up the game rather than actually trying for a comeback,and the 20 minute mark is just perfect for the surrender,because at that time it will most likely be the mid game where many champions actually start to pick up themselves with items,especially those with less than underwhelming early games such as kog'maw,believe me i had a game where our team was like 2-7 at 10 minutes,in the next 8 minutes we stole a dragon and aced the enemy team because of them throwing (HARD)
the game lengths really has nothing to do with the new season,it's all about the players who decide how long they want the game to be,and if they want to at least try winning it with the chance of succeeding in mind.

Not everyone is in the mood to be the underdog in a game. You still have the ability to vote no and not surrender. Many champs are in the mid game by 15 minutes and if your adc is sitting at sub 70 farm at 15 minutes chances are they aren't relevant for the next 30 minutes.
Your chance outplays aren't a reason to keep a longer ff time. If people want out just let them out. This is a game if you're not having fun then it's not right.

Lots of people have suggested this for a long time, and I'm all for it. Granted, some of the most rewarding wins are the games that look like you've lost at 15 minutes, but make that epic comeback for the win at 40 minutes.

making it 15 minutes doesn't mean we have to though. some of the worse times are when you're being destroyed for 5 more minutes.
