Anyone else find it funny that Cloud Drake is taken when there's nothing better to do?
Often I find it to be the Drake that I go after when we go ham on bot/mid and our jungler is up so its an easy grab. Hell in pro play the casters will often say "well you might as well kill it early so you can start stacking the other drakes easier". Comps that rely on splitpush via mobility already have this mobility, every other drake has multiple effects. Even the ocean drake which is put on the same level of usability gives both health and mana on a % rapidly, its about as good as the old baron for sieging since it guarantees if you play safe you'll have more hp to trade with than your opponent. Cloud drake is sometimes useful but even when its useful its hard to tell if it was even a relevant factor since it often comes down to good player choice in a splitpush/gank. Couldn't we slap something like slow resist on this thing or some similar minor buff to make it an actual game changer?
