A guy trolls and intentionally feeds on your team, gets reported by everyone, and then you see him again in the very next game, making the same threats in champ select.
Thanks again Riot for being completely ineffectual at dealing with trolls and scumbags.
Deep Terror Nami3 votesThe system has to verify the reports first (it is now tremendously faster than Tribunal was), and if they don't act like that a lot and get reported for it often, it's unlikely that one game is enough for a punishment. Do you really expect people to get banned every time you report?

A guy who trolls intentionally in one game, and then announces his intention to do so in the very next game probably does that a lot.
Deep Terror Nami2 votes"Probably"
Ya, that argument really holds up in court too. You should try it.

A guy passed me on the freeway driving recklessly and I called the police... when I got off the freeway I saw that same guy still driving his car. Thanks police for being completely ineffective at stopping reckless driving.
