[Concept] Jax update

For the most part, Jax's kit is fine.

It's simple, and it's effective.

I only have one issue with the current Jax: his ult.

Grandmaster's might is not an ultimate ability. It's two basic abilities crammed into one slot.

The spell is powerful in its own right, but pressing R as Jax doesn't give you some incredible spell capable of turning the tide... it's just a little bit of durability.

The THWOMP every third hit is pretty satisfying, but even then it's a base already covered by his W.

The goal here is to preserve what is fun about the current Jax while giving him a fun ult to use.

Abilities that aren't mentioned are unchanged.

W: Empower 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 second CD, 35 mana passive: Every third basic attack deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+.35 AP) bonus magic damage. active: Reset your basic attack timer and prime Empower.

R: Form of the Grandmaster 80 second CD, 100 mana Jax marks out a target area (250 range, 500 radius), becoming untargetable for 4/5/6 seconds after a 1 second channel. While untargetable, Jax will basic attack random enemies within the circle one every 0.5/0.45/0.4 seconds. These basic attacks knock the target 250 units towards the center of the circle. Target priority is as follows. Low HP champions >> champions closest to the edge of the circle >> any champions >> minions/monsters. When the spell runs out, or when Jax reactivates this ability, he will reappear at the center of the circle.

TBH I love my Jax and part of me just wants him to never change so he won't be FOTM/Pick or Ban and wont see any nerf/buff cycles. I realize that is a silly reason to say I don't like what you have mentioned here so I will keep it out of the feedback.

First, I don't like the idea of having 4-6s of not controlling my champion. Feels a little like a warped version of old fiora ult.

Second, I think that the resistances you get off the Ult right now are the bread and butter of what allows Jax to be so versatile. You didn't mention them that I saw in his proposed new kit. Being able to build the way Jax does now (Tri-Force into pseudo-tank or offensive items) is partly due to the fact that he does get those resistances from R.

Third, I don't like where this is headed thematically. To me, Jax is a god in the split-push and a 1v1 terror for most champions. This change frankly just seems like a move to turn him into more of a traditional top lane tank whose job in team fights is to be a CC-bot.

Finally, if you attach his 3-hit passive from ult to his W, you would have to nerf the damage on it considerably since he would get a fuck-ton more powerful from being able to proc it from level 2 or 3 onward.

The R sounds awesome tbh, but it looks way too much like pre-rework Fiora R (and yes it was broken)
