Personal thoughts on how I would change the Sorcery Tree plus a few other runes..
Personal opinions: Slight buff to Nullifying Orb ( Bone Plating has a lower cooldown and it reduces more damage.. ) Absolute Focus gives adaptive AP/AD when above 50% health and the bonus is reduced based on missing health. Transcendence grant its 10% CDR bonus earlier based on takedowns and assists like Magical Footwear. Riot spoke about making Celerity give movement speed on ability cast or in combat, I would prefer just buffing Absolute Focus and Transcendence instead. Ultimate Hat changed to Ultimate Hunter and moved beside Ingenious Hunter/Ravenous Hunter/Relentless Hunter like on PBE.
Celerity, Nimbus Cloak and Waterwalking placed side by side since they all relate to movement speed. Waterwalking has its old passive removed and now grants a small amount of movement speed based on duration in combat or whenever you use abilities, up to 5%?
Transcendence and Manaflow Band moved and placed alongside Gathering Storm because all these runes have to do with scaling into late game.
Absolute Focus is placed into a trio that grant bonuses based on missing health: Absolute Focus gives adaptive AP/AD when above 50% maximum health, reduced by missing health. Absolute Resolve gives adaptive AP/AD when below 40% maximum health. Nullifying Orb cooldown reduced to 45 seconds.
Scorch gets tossed into wherever it would be most contested.
