I got this box and key fragment the beginning of last week, and its the end of this week and I stil haven't gotten any more key fragments. I know im not banned due to misbehavior or anything. Seriously, when does this shitt drop?

OPened 2 Boxes got Queen Ashe shard and Mecha Khazix! WHAT A scam had those two, so I dismantle them and my mumu ward skin.
I unlock my skins in this order with essence:

Free DragonSlayer Pantheon Nunu Bot Free LionDance Kog Maw
I MEAN WHAT A SCAM! Right now if you unlock a legendary shard you get a whole FREE SKIN... I mean I got almost 60+ dollars in free skins WHAT A FLIPPING SCAM.
