AFK Checks

So I was in a queue finally after 20 minutes of waiting, someone declined and another one popped up, when i clicked accept it said something along the lines of "Game not found" so i was taken out of the queue and i'm pissed. I dont rage i just dc sometimes or have to go due to family issues, but do those 20 minutes waited count as 1 out of the 5 even if i didn't make it into a game or no? thanks
