Will Riot Ever Consider Voice Chat?

Now I know what your first thought is, it will be the most toxic place the world has ever seen. But if you really think about it, It is much easier to be rude when you are just typing than it is to actually say it to another person with your voice. I've been playing a lot of CounterStrike Global Offensive and you'd be surprised at how many nice people there are, even tho there are still lots of angry people, It makes up for it with the amount of communication you can get across without having to type every now and then. Imagine being able to communicate with your team and be playing at the same time. If you have any reasons why this wouldn't be a good idea I would love to hear why.
