Trolls and AFKers in Ranked are way to plentiful

I busted my hump climbing up to Silver 3 and yet almost 8/10 games I get a troll or an AFKer. This is beginning to get really old and really annoying really fast...there has to be a way to really knock these numbers down, it is entirely ruining the game. I am about to be demoted because the last 3 games have had trolls in them. They refuse to communicate, instalock, feed and overall make it a TERRIBLE experience. Why do players keep having to suffer consequences of hard work because of other people refusing to be respectable human beings. I would love it if Riot could give us some clear insight on why players who obey the rules and play honestly and respectfully are constantly punished because of some idiot who thinks it is HILARIOUS to ruin other peoples promotions or ladder climbing in general.

well solutions dont exist it banning them wont stop a completely different person from afking in your next game unles they are banning people BEFORE they even enter a game... then thats some psychopass shit right there

loss prevent/lower LP loss is a possibility but then this leads to abuse such as black sheeeps in duo queues or if soloq, we will be seeing the black sheep status forced on to individual through harassment... people are terrible so its probably gonna happen

I know there is no solution, and love the Psychopass reference lol. I know I'm just complaining about something that is a part of the game and cannot be resolved, sometimes it just feels good to rant about it on the Boards, it takes some of the frustration out. But still, I read in a post not long ago about a solution that could maybe be a good basis for something to help with the trolls. For example: If you have someone in the lobby pre-game threatening to AFK if they do not get the role desired or threatening to choose a champ that would not be a ideal choice for the role/team, then there should be a vote that could be called up by the team to vote to dodge the queue or kick that person to prevent teaming up with them again. I realize that this is a complicated theory and would be abused but it is something to think about.

Unless you're aiming for those end of season rewards just play team builder. You always get what champ you want, everyone is happy, and most of them are atually trying to win.
