Having a countdown to Pantheon's passive block

Everyone else that has a countdown to their abilities (think Corki and Jhin), so why can't Pantheon have one?

It's also really bullshit how players fighting him can't fight back against his passive, and even if they try to look at Pantheon's number of passive blocks, it's way too far in the player's vision (it sits at the upper left corner :c).

This could at least add some counterplay to it.
