LoLKiru2 votesHate to tell you this, but % pen stacks multiplicativly, not additively.
1-(1-.60)(1-.35)(1-.06) is the correct formula for it, which comes out to something like 75.56% armor penetration. Still frighteningly strong, but not as strong as you may have hoped.
