How can you not get tilted when a jungler keeps going into your lane, you dont push, and he just come and zone you, into a point where he tower dives you and win, HOW CAN YOU NOT TILT? HOW? HE WONT LEAVE THE FUCKING LANE UNTIL HIS MIDLANER RAPES ME I DONT GET HOW CAN I FUCKING DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT...!?!?!?!

The jungler is leaching gold and experience from your opponent and they aren't farming their own jungle. They shouldn't be able to dive you if you play safe and hold onto your CC; while you may miss some gold and experience yourself, you will still be coming out ahead overall as a team.
As a result, both your own jungler and you should have an advantage after they leave if you don't die to them.

Even if you can't do anything about being camped, you can still control whether you get tilted or not. Acting negatively with your anger is a choice (though we often make the choice so fast it seems like we have no control).
