@Meddler: I think I recall whispers of Ohmwrecker getting the option to also buff your own Turrets..

I know I had this idea myself, but I think it also popped up on PBE or just some other people suggesting it earlier in the season (or even in preseason).

Could it be considered (again)? It probably gets less use than Guinsoo's nowadays especially with all the new options, but I think we could breathe new life into it;

Ohmwrecker:

• Can now also be used on allied turrets.
• Empowers nearby turrets to gain temporary extra effects depending on which tier it is;
• Tier 1 - Turret acquires a second target
• Tier 2 - Gains a temporary bonus shield for 50% of its health and heals allies
• Inhibitor - Laser now has splash damage and slows movespeed of target
• Nexus - Beam chains to all Super Minions and roots them
