OK... So where are they?

It was 13 days between the 5.1 Patch notes and the 5.2 Patch notes. At this point, it's been 9 days since the 5.2 Patch notes, which implies that 5.3 should be comming soon.

Yet, unless I am missing something on Surrender @ 20, the only changes being tried for any of these champions are texture updates for Veigar and Mordekaiser. Kat had some updates earlier, but if they're still on the PBE then S@20 doesn't have them listed as being current.

Are these champions still getting internal changes? Are they going to make the 5.3 deadline? Will 5.3 be pushed back until these champions are ready? What's the plan?

Probably be like Warwick's update and never happen.

Actually iirc, they stated it was done for internal testng, but that they were waiting for an update for his appearance. 1 year later, still waiting.

In anycase, I doubt they'll compensate veigar or mordekaiser in a way that makes them as viable as Ahri. That would require altering their toolkits dramatically possibly.

Veigar needs it anyway, his Ult is kind of bogus what with punishing others for trying to build damage beyond the normal trade off of low defense,

Just learn to wait some more. They will get them in in a future patch.. everything doesn't always get implemented when they say it does cause things change.

Of course. That's why I didn't worry as much about it as 5.2 drew close to being released. This time Riot has given a very specific deadline.

It's not out of the question that 5.3 will take longer to come out than 5.2 did. It's not out of the question that it will be delayed to finish up an update here or a tweek there. It is a little odd that we haven't seen anything for any one of three champions on the PBE.
