So, here's the scenario:

I am Annie in the mid lane. My stun is up, and the enemy Zed is within my range. I Q him, the stun connects, and the comet hits him.

Would Cheap Shot proc in this scenario?

iirc runes arent classed as abilites, so i dont think so.

cheap shot only procs on abilities or basic attacks
