Solo lane Mord buff idea

As we all know, Mord currently is pretty strong right now in 2v2 lanes with a high 50%s winrate, but tends to sit around 40 in top and mid. I can say that a large part of this is due to the fact that a massive part of his power budget, his W, is literally impossible to use in a solo lane short of a jungle gank. So why don't we tone down his W, but make it self castable. This would...

A. Tune down duo lane Mord, who currently has an overly high winrate. B. Make Solo lane Mord have access to his W, giving him a massive boost to his early game in having what is by far his strongest skill currently accessable to him.

Effectively, if self cast, the damage and heal components would remain intact, but he wouldn't get the moving to eachother MS bonus, or he could cast it on 2 man for it's current use cases. I'd also tune down its damage a little bit as a nerf to Duo Kaiser (remember, access to the skill at all is a buff to solo kaiser).
