This was brought up on a reddit thread. You go with grasp of undying or fervor of battle and the passive on W procs either one after one auto. You can either have 8 stacks of fervor on one auto OR get the health just by autoing once and waiting. You build things like iceborne gauntlet, sunfire cape, abyssal sccepter and few other tank items. You still do high damage and can kill squishy really quickly, you have huge mobility still AND tank lots of damage.
