Is Tryndamere's gameplay not considered toxic?

Is Riot fine with the fact that a Tryndamere promotes a PvE gameplay? You don't really have to focus on helping your team; as a Tryndamere, all you have to do is whack the turret until it explodes, then pop your ultimate and spin away whenever the team comes to stop you. Then a few moments later, proceed to come right back in to push some more.

This gameplay is so frustrating to play against, and is binary at its core. I'm not calling Tryndamere broken or overpowered, I'm saying his playstyle is wrong and needs to be changed. Of course there are ways of dealing with a split pushing Tryndamere, but it's just the fact that the entire flow of the game shifts whenever Tryndamere starts to whack down your turrets. How is that a show of skill? Why is this considered an okay thing?
