Can tahm`s q be visually changed now?

It no longer makes sense with his passive acquired taste where whenever he hits someone with his tongue he gets a stack on the enemy, his q tongue lash is literally his tongue but doesn't apply acquired taste to champs anymore.

Rework his q to him throwing his hat or something.
