Possible upcoming tahm kench changes are toxic.

I`m going to mostly ignore the W changes on tahm kench because the change to his Q is toxic for both him and the champions he is playing against and here is why.

By lowering the slow duration of his Q along with the cd of his Q , tahm kench will spend less time running towards / away from the enemy champions while they are slowed and MORE time rooting himself.

This makes tahm kench weaker in terms of disengage and engage outside of his R, (mostly on enemy champions who have mobility) Trying to catch other champions who refuse to dodge your skillshot will feel even more depressing, especially after the W movement speed buff had been removed completely already.

ON THE FLIP SIDE.

At 3 stacks on the enemy champion with full cdr, tahm kench becomes increadibly toxic in duels. (I`m talking 45% cdr)

45% of 5 is 2.25

5-2.25 = 2.75

Now for the duration of his stun factored in..

2.75 - 1.5 = 1.25

or 2.75 - 1 = 1.75 with enemy at 33% tenacity.

He just effectively took around half of that MasterYi`s dps by repeatedly stunning him, is this the counter to true damage? (Atleast yi can q to dodge.)

No this is just tahm kench either being extreamely oppressed or extreamely oppressive depending on the matchups and situation and we may see him getting nerfed into the ground rather than his Q being reverted with all of the complaints filling the boards of people getting cc`d to death.

No matter how situational or hard it is for tahm to do this to someone, it will be deemed as oppressive and he will be changed or possibly completely GUTTED because of this.

As a Tahm Kench main, I honestly just hope that all the Tahm Kench changes are dropped at this point. Unfortunately the balance team doesn't seem to care to listen to any of the feedback they are getting in regards to the changes.

Im a tahm kench main too, I have over 1 million mastery points on him, Ive tried many many builds and been in many many matchups and have been in many scenarios as him, these changes are absurd.

Is fleet foot work a viable rune for tham kench

He wouldn't benefit very much from the heal due to it being a very small base amount rather than a % max health thing.

The movement speed buff is good on paper but when compared to approach velocity, its just not that great, if you want speed on tahm get magical foot wear and approach velocity from the inspiration tree. But I only recommend that if you are taking resolve aswell.

However he does like the other runes from the alacrity tree, conqueror allows him to do more damage on his autos with gargoyle stoneplate active (if 3 enemies nearby when activating.)

The 60% damage reduction from gargoyle is basically 40% with conqueror active since 20% of your damage is turned to true damage.

Gargoyle stoneplate is a pretty good niche item on tahm kench anyway because it allows him to spend the first part of the fight stacking on enemies and you can press E right before the stoneplate expires in order to gain a shield that is much larger than the health you lost.

Press the attack does more damage if the enemy team isn't stacking MR and you happen to not be using gargoyle...

Lethal tempo is just really good if the enemy cant kite you/interrupt you, it allows you to stack on enemy champions a lot quicker.
