It's been inactive for so many days.
No complain as I don't even own the champ but it's the first time I see one champ being deactivated for so long and I was wondering the reason (for some reason I find it a bit funny as well :P)

Look at 25 seconds in and not just the beginning. You can see teemo be hit then stealth almost instantly after and shortly after that he continues to stealth then unstealth in the bush while attacking.
The bug in question was him being able to stealth while in bushes despite attacking and being attacked thus enabling a permanent attack speed steroid should he remain fighting in a bush causing a significant advantage to the yordle in question.
