i mean seriously? Gangplank Powder Keg (E) bonus damage increased from 60/90/120/150/180 to 80/105/130/155/180

because increasing his damage by 20 is to bad? instead they could just make 80/110/140/170/200

and about his ult Cannon Barrage (R) damage per wave increased from 35/60/85 to 40/70/100 well good for ks/last hitting and for urf

if they seriously want to buff gp. they should increase his health by 30 and his mana pool by 28.

if they seriously want to buff gp. they should increase his health by 30 and his mana pool by 28.

If they want to buff gp, this is a good start- As Tobias Fate said, his Q needs some love. Using GP's core ability uses up way too much mana. It should atleast reward players when farming with it. Atleast a small mana refund.

Now, your part of how gp needs to get buffed. He doesn't need late game buffs. He needs early buffs on his E, since you max it second anyway and he spikes very hard in late anyway. His ult now can zone even better with that base dmg. If ksing/last hitting is the only use you see for his ult, then so be it. But its a quite useful buff, considering how he still can buy upgrade it.

His base HP doesn't need a buff, since as far as I know, he has the highest base hp in the game. His mana pool is already ok since he buys sheen anyway and usually has corruption potion aswell.

I agree with most of this riot should've done more but I think he should have mana problems since without them his lane to save in my opinion.
