banned from ranked games until I play at least 1 draft mode game

I was banned from playing ranked games for negative behavior until I played at least 1 normal draft mode game. I did, and I'm still banned... I did what was asked of me, and it didn't matter. I had a bit of a freak out after one particularly awful game where I was 16-3, but the rest of the team just kept feeding. I really apologize for losing my temper, I just have been losing a lot lately because bronzies don't know how to work as a team, and after working so incredibly hard last season to get to silver, I was placed in bronze 3 during promo's despite going 8-2. I just don't quite understand how I deserved a 23 game chat ban and a ban from ranked when my rage was in the post game screen, not even during the actual match.

It's not 1 game to play, it's 1 game to win. If it were just a requirement to play the games, people would purposely throw them to get it over as soon as possible, directly ruining Normal matches for a lot of people. Instead, they have to put some effort into it.

No one made you toxic. You pressed enter, typed words, then pressed enter again. Your teammates did not hack your keyboard and frame you.

The point Riot is making is if you can't keep your temper in check in normal games, how can you be trusted to keep your temper in check when you've got your LP on the line?

Riot doesn't care if you shout at your monitor, mock your teammates on the forums after the game, or make voodoo dolls of every feeder on your team and stab them repeatedly. You just can't press enter, type in toxic chat, then press enter while in game.

... did i ever say this? I didn't even say 1 word in my normal games... I really hate this community so much, people rage at me all the time, but when I rage, I get banned... Its like, what is the point? isn't that what mute is for... I had a freak out at the end of a incredibly horid game, and my issue atm isn't that I got banned at all, its that I got banned, and went through the motions riot asked of me, and was not given my privileges back, and when I come on to the forum to get answers your snide answer DrCyanide is what makes this game so hypocritical. that response was condescending and completely uncalled for. at least Valkyrie Witch's reply answer the question. so DrCyanide, thanks for being apart of the problem...

You blamed your team for making you toxic, and I'm reminding you that no team can make you toxic. My advice is 100% guaranteed to help you not get banned for toxic behavior.

Oh, also, it doesn't matter when you are toxic; pre-game lobby, in-game, or post-game lobby. They are all monitored and if it isn't okay during the match, it isn't okay in the lobby.
