I wouldn't say he's OP, but I would certainly say he's not fun to play against.

The bear trap spam is the only reason, for me. All of his other mechanics are fine. Just drives me nuts that he can spam it all through the lane, shooting it THROUGH minions at me, but not push the lane. Almost every other champ is going to push the lane really bad if they continue to spam skills at you directing it through the minion wave, he doesn't seem to have this problem.

That's really my only complaint about him. I don't mind the pull being so spammable, that's part of fighting Kled. The fact that he has no reason to even consider NOT launching it straight through minions at you every time it's up though, that's not really very fun to deal with.
