and by that I mean someone with a reasonably easy to understand kit (not ww levels but still quite a lot below yas level) but will feel so under whelming and weak only to be actually very strong in the right hands but will be buffed hard due to the majority finding him weak only to be gutted much later due to the mains dominating with him (or if he gets pick/ban in LCS).

was released, everyone thought he was broken but now we know how to play against him, he's strong but definitely not broken

The problem is not him it's what he gonna offer to other champs like as I said specially rengar will be really hard to deal with... and you might see a huge come back to rengar top lane
