When ya'll gonna help out my boy wukong

Since patch 5.22 wukong has gotten 6 gameplay changes, all of them about as minor as minor gets. Wukong has been in a rough spot since season 4 easily. Now, i'm no pro wukong player, or pro player generally, or even a decent player. But wukongs kit is ancient, His ult is about the only impactful ability he's got (if you can even get in with it, the champ cast is a lot more versatile than it was when wukong came out) and the man is on nidalee tiers of feast or famine.

Please send help. wukong is a dumpster fire that needs to be put out. Guy needs some serious buffs or a complete rework, not to have smoother animations.
