I mean Ryze is barely scrap the 50% win rate, and already PBE got him with half of the damage reduced and 180 CD on the ult? Seriously leave him already! High skill glass cannon close range mage, Not to mention that the ult don't do dmg... and sion? hard CC tank with high base damage on 55% win rate. and as far as i concerned someone probably going to says Sion needs buffs
