I'm glad they kept Gangplank's identity through the rework.

I asked myself what was really core to Gangplank in LoL and after thinking about it, I'm glad he kept what made Gangplank well..... Gangplank.

I mean, if they had taken out gangplank's "being fucking terrible", I just don't think it would be the same.

And not to mention they even stayed true to his gameplay in the story. I bet they were trying to incorporate aspects of Gangplank's in game style into the story and they were like "what's one thing all Gangplank players do?". Die? Ok lets try to incorporate that into the lore.

Great job, Riot. You really stayed true to Gangplank and his players.
