I love the little guy and I love that he's back in the Meta but he appears to be dominating, simply for his siege. I love how his passive works on towers and I love that he can refresh it with using spells, but the main problem right now is that he's one shotting towers.
I don't say nerf him at all, but rather tweak his siege. The satchel shouldn't have to damage towers but if we would remove this affect maybe make his passive do 25% more damage to structures.

His passive deals 160 + 50% bonus ap x 2 to towers. Inner towers have 3300 hp. So, not counting the measily 40 mr(which he is going to have enough penetration to be dealing true damage anyway, his passive alone deals 780 plus he gets the damge from his AA itself and the lichbane proc which I'm too lazy to do the math but a satchel will blow up a tower at 35%, that's 1,115 hp or less. That means that his passive, lich bane etc is dealing 2,185 damage to a tower in a just like 2-3 seconds. mind you, his passive has a 12 second cool down but is reduced by 6 seconds per spell cast. Passive, satchel, q, passive, e, q passive. That tower is just gone.
It's sad because we're seeing "mages" bot lane but it's really only ziggs because of how easily he can demolish a tower.

TBH the more variety of champions that go bot the better (like in season 1 double bruiser bot). Champion diversity is getting less and less these few seasons, and its refreshing to see ziggs bot.
the Anarchit3cht1 votesBecause he's not going bot because of any sort of viability beyond how fast he can demo turrets. If he didn't have that in his kit, he wouldn't be bot lane. It's sad because people are saying "Wow, it's nice to have mages bot!" When in reality is essentially just Ziggs because he can destroy towers really fast. It's not mages, its once niche champion who makes getting the tower FB and snowballing that into an advantage. I would LOVE to see mages bot and think a variety would be extremely healthy but one champion whose kit lets him fill a niche(destroying towers) is not any sort of diversity.

yea it was a bit annoying i had to rush 
before i finished my

and yea i lost turret 1st (partly due to blitz trying to roam ) and yes they tried to group and siege
but we won... we were able to out siege them and with the range of varus and cait and gap close of camille and kha were able to catch them and blow them up
if you are vs a ziggs but have your support rush 
so you can push the lane back... take an adc who has good range/ wave clear and siege
if your team gets a banner and zzrot and can wave clear then the push and siege is nearly a stale mate favoring on the side with the actual adc because ziggs cant kill the super minion and they lack auto attack damage unless they play an ad mid like ez, corki, varus, etc which still are casters for the most part.
