Sivir Is Crazy
2 Games ago had a Sivir adc go 31/10/16 485 cs on my team. Last game in 25 minutes, the enemy had a Sivir adc go 11/2/7. Now im facing a sivir again.

31/10/16 and 485 cs is a bad sign on an adc
if the adc has 20 kills and the game isn't ending there's a problem.
She is actually super strong right now, not in an op way, but just a "easy cs farm lane/late game damage input enough to be worth something and safe escape/engages"|
Sivir has always been a good farmer.
She's not OP. She's decent. She's getting a nerf in 6.16, so relax.

Yea, really easy to farm with and really easy to shut down when you know how to bait out they SS.
This is funny, people last season didn't consider her that good.
No shes always strong she is super easy to use and the e that is like having yasou's windwall but on a adc
