riot come on. lets discuss this

it sucks for a new player who wants to be competitive in ranked but cant access all the optimal runes and champs

imo many new competitive players could enter ranked but are restricted by the system

imo offer the ability to upgrades accounts to premium where all runes/champs are unlocked

maybe make this cost 50 dollars or so

also make it boost you to level 30 but it requires you to play 10 games of normal before ranked, and then your ranked MMR is shifted to your normals MMR after those 10 games

i think doing this would end up giving you more money riot. lots of more people would play and get their friends to buy unlocked accounts now that you get the full game experience

Isn't $50 less than 50 cents per champion? Not to mention you want to include runes?

I don't think you understand the way micro transaction games make money. Not to mention I think this makes smurfs better and makes new players worse sense there game instantly becomes pay to win for new players.

There are 128 champions right now. Even if you assume all of those champions cost 450 RP (which is a massive discount for most of the champions) that package would cost $385. That's not even including Runes, which would raise that price to something closer to $450 at least.

They're either new or they're competitive. No one is ready for Ranked at level 30.

10 games... you think 10 games is anywhere near enough to start playing Ranked? 10 games isn't enough to find out what champion you like, let alone be ready for ranked.

No. This isn't smite. Riot would lose so much money because most people would pay flat 50 and own everything minus skins. Riot won't do that, this strategy is used to start up a company where you need funds now, which is the opposite of Riot. They have every reason not to.
