Ward change: Active and inactive Wards

Here is a proposed change to wards:

when you place a stealth ward, it does not immediately grant its vision, and must be clicked on to activate (it is considered inactive). In active wards do not lose time on their duration and are not stealth-ed. you can activate a stealth ward from any distance away, but only the wards you have placed yourself.

This would be interesting to see implemented, not to fix any particular problem, just to have.

EDIT: maybe have Kalista able to activate the wards placed by her soul bound ally
