Anyone on Eastern NA noticing connection improvements?

I live in Ohio, USA and have been noticing slight improvements in my connection from an average of 130ms ping to about 95ms. I first noticed the improvements a few days ago (~Feb. 15). One of my friends also on the east coast has mentioned connection improvements too. I was just wondering if it is widespread or just merely a coincidence. Feel free to comment your results and where (East, West, Central, Not in NA) you are.

I live in Canada and usually I have around 110 ping. Today I had 75-80 until my client died.. I can't log in and I've been trying for the past hour:c

Yeah, the ping went down but the packet loss remains rather random.

My ping went down by ~10 as of yesterday. I'm still having annoying spikes in peak hours (~6-9PM), but that's my ISP's fault. League itself has been quite stable lately.

This is an odd thing. I have been running a 98ish ping for the past 8 months or so. About 2 months ago my "ping" droped to a stable 72. However every test I use shows my ping to Riot's Servers as still being 98. I did not notice a difference in game play with the new 72. So I MIGHT have had my ping drop, but I'm not sure. (my fps dropped from 60, had it capped, to about 30 when my "ping" dropped)
