A small Rakan Q buff I'd like to see

Now that there's a bit of wiggle room in Rakan's power budget, I want Rakan to have bonus movespeed when moving towards allied champions after landing his Q on an enemy champion/epic monster.

Short and simple, and a way to make it so I can heal my allies without having to also burn E to get to them.

no dont the LCS will pull a ADC rakan playz if you even give him 1% of ms boost towards teammates. but really though that would be helpful actually.
