Game freezes half a second every time Jayce (on either team) uses R.
I have also been noticing slight fps lag even when I play on the lowest settings. Anyone know how to fix?

Dekar173, a semi-popular streamer has been having this bug for awhile now too. Hopefully Riot will fix it, but at the moment if you are having too many issues with it, you should ban Jayce if he is picked enough, otherwise it's best to just deal with it.
