Well, her charm has a 2.5 second "channel" time in which her attack will not charm, and it's only a one to two second charm (which in the heat of battle isn't even noticeable).
Her stealth is just like twitch's - she can be seen by turrets and by close by champions.
Looks like people just need to ping her ult when it's used, and back more frequently. Just like with a twitch/karthus ult.
Evelynn has a weak early game and a weak pre-6.
Play a tank and she's legit stuck.
