after countless of supporting with janna soraka leona and such I was getting bored of motonic gameplay, shield that e stun that and such, and finally I got to try the guy and OMFG where he has been all my life XD he is so much fun to play! he is really not a popular pick in low elo, anyone mains him here and like to share some tips to a tham kench newbie?
I've played him a lot. I mostly pick him when I've had a string of bad games, and have decided I have no faith in my ADC whatsover and I need that W to yoink them out of danger when they're doing something of questionable intelligence.
Kench is my favorite tank support, but I'm probably the worst at him so I can't really give you any tips. Good to see there's more of us though
I mainly play him top lane, but he's pretty much the same. Max E 1st for sustain, the more HP you can recover the better you'll be. Throw your Q every once in awhile, but don't go out of position just to do it. At 6 setup ganks with your Jungler (to your own lane or others), your Ult if very strong when used correctly. Also, don't forget that Tahm can Q+W minions, so you can use them for a little AOE poke to help your ADC push waves, and can setoff your Targon's if they're close enough.
