Counter-bard Possibility
Hey, so, everyone who knows who/what bard is, and how he plays, knows that scattered throughout the jungle, are his chimes he NEEDS to collect in order to empower himself. My suggestion here is being able to stand on/near these charms for about 3-5 seconds (about the same time for a skarner crystal) and 'smash' them. of course, more will spawn, and of course bard can go hunting early. my point here being a possible way to counter his growth just from wandering. with skarner, we can 'smash' his crystals. with kindred, we can kill her marks.. why can't we counter bard's chimes?
