Kha'Zix should be able to have jump reset on successful big monster kill

A very straight forward change to give Kha the ability to go in and our when trying to counter jungle. Or maybe to go for a dragon steal. Or a baron steal

that would kinda make shacoa bit pointless imo. Shaco cant go invis steal the buff then leave isntantly

... Why? He's already pretty exceptional at dragon/baron steals as is if you know how to target multiple things midair (Smite Dragon, Hydra/Q for a nearby squishy, jump out) and even if you aren't you still have your stealth after the jump or flash. As far as just jumps on big camps, I just don't see the point considering by the time he has Evolved Wings he's already one shotting camps as is.

If anything it'd just make his clears TOO fast while making his counter jungle way too strong (Double Jump out of Red Buff will get you into Dragon/Baron pit, Blue Buff DJ will get you to Skuttle)
