AP galio is able to heal 2k-3k health while tanking turrets with his shield on.

I just had this happen in a game and he was pretty much unkillable and was able to dive all lanes with ease because of it.

However this galio was also quite fed so that may have had a factor but i don't think anyone should be able to heal off turret damage no matter the reason.

Poppy's ult literally negates any and all damage and CC effects. Ult on Enemy support, Dive turret. GG
